Biofreeze Indications: For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with arthritis pain, bachache, tendonitis, strains and sprains.
 
Biofreeze Directions: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children under 2 years of age: Consult your health practitioner. Also, consult your health practitioner before use if you are pregnant or nursing or have sensitive skin. Rub a thin film over desired area of the body, massage not necessary. Rinse hands with cool water.
 

Biofreeze Warnings: Use only as directed. For external use only. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and recur again within a few days, discontinue use of this product and consult a physician. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use with other ointments, creams, sprays, or liniments. Do not apply to irritated skin or if excessive irritation develops. Do not bandage tightly. Store in a cool dry place with lid closed tightly. Keep away from excessive heat or open flame. Do not use the heating pads or devices.

Biofreeze Inactive Ingredients: water, isopropyl alcohol, herbal extract (ILEX Paraguariensis), carbomer, triethanolamine, silicone dioxide, methylparaben, FD&C yellow #5, FD&C blue #1.
