Red Saunas Provide Relief
Infra red saunas can provide relief to patients suffering
from injuries, overexertion, muscle sorenes, tension, arthritis, poor circulation, slow metabolism, toxic overload, lowered resistance, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, autism, and
certain skin conditions. Infra red saunas provide heat therapy
which has been shown in several medical studies to have health
benefits.
Infra red saunas are completely safe and natural. Infra red
saunas are used to provide heat all over the body for relaxation,
pain relief, to lower blood pressure and much more.
Infra Red Saunas and the History of Far Infrared
Technology
For years, the average consumer's familiarity with Far infrared
came from the use of Far infrared heat lamps which produce
radiant heat. Then, in the mid 1960's NASA discovered that
a number of mineral oxides were also capable of generating
Far infrared waves. After using various Far infrared products
in the space program, no further developments occurred at
NASA using this technology. However, according to Sang Wang,
author of Reverse Aging, the Japanese saw other uses.
Today, over 150 patents have been granted to the Japanese
for products such as: Far infrared saunas, Far infrared ovens
that replace microwaves, Far infrared panels for incubators
in maternity wards as well as Far infrared wave-generating
ceramics and fabrics. According to Dr. Tsu-Tsair Oliver Chi,
in his summation on the mechanism of action of Far infrared
devices tuned to the human body, "...these rays are selectively
absorbed by tissues needing a boost in their output. The internal
production of Far infrared energy is associated with a variety
of healing responses and may require a boost to a maximal
level to insure the fullest healing response possible in a
tissue which is being repaired. After boosting a tissue's
level to its maximum, the remaining rays pass onward harmlessly.
This phenomenon is called 'resonant-absorption.'"
Over the past 25 years, Japanese and Chinese researchers
and clinicians have conducted extensive research on Far infrared
treatments and report numerous benefits. In Japan, there is
an Infrared Society, composed of medical doctors and physical
therapists, to further research and support the health benefits
as amethod of healing.
Far Infrared Cellular Purification
Dr. Toshiko Yamazaki, MD owns a clinic in Japan where she
has done extensive research on the therapeutic uses of Far
infrared. In her book, "The Science of Far-Infrared Therapies," she explains that one of the reasons Far infrared has beneficial
results in a variety of illnesses is the ability of Far infrared
waves to remove toxins, which are often at the core of many
health problems. Since humans are bio-accumulators, numerous
toxins, that cannot be removed immediately after entry, are
stored in our bodies.
The Infra Red Sauna Experience
Infrared saunas are able to operate at a lower temperature
than traditional saunas due to the high wavelength of infra
red light. This allows for an effective, comfortable, and
relaxing sauna experience.
Infrared is a dry heat that penetrates right through your
clothes and deep into the muscles and joints. The average
session takes only 10 - 15 minutes, and causes no sweating.
Longer sessions usually produce the release of toxins through
the sweat glands.
Some of the benefits of Infra Red Sauna include:
- Therapeutic relief of muscle and joint pain associated
with exercise, over-exertion, arthritis, and fibromyalgia.

- Removal of fat and toxins
|
- Increase of immune system function

|
- Improvement in quality of skin
